Beautify
As part of a crisis management course, my classmates and I assembled this PR recommendation in response to a scandal that impacted our hypothetical cosmetic brand, Beautify. Our main priorities included restoring narrative control and protecting the brand’s reputation amongst their consumers. To do so, we created a roadmap of PR moments that appropriately address the situation with empathy, initiative, and a genuine desire to make good so that customers feel seen and heard.
